The Fix: 

- Left speaker may require repair. A replacement speaker and installation run roughly $200–$350 depending on the shop (or even cheaper if you're handy with a DIY fix), so I've knocked $400 straight off the asking price so the new owner can take care of it hassle-free.

- Driver's side armrest is cracked, but can be easily ordered and replaced, priced accordingly (though personally, I always keep it flipped up out of the way anyway for a better shifting angle!)

- Minor cosmetic bumper scratch resulting from a low-speed parking lot touch. Professionally repaired through ICBC, with 'before' documentation available to verify that no structural damage occurred
