This is a 5th-generation Legacy 2.5GT in unmolested form. Only a total of 2000 of these USDMs were produced for model years 2010-2012. It is a 100% lifelong Lower Mainland car, and I am the second owner (purchased in summer 2017). It is in pristine mechanical health with all major wear items recently addressed, as both its owners have babied it.

Service History: Dealer-serviced exclusively at Docksteader Subaru from Day 1 to 2017. Subaru or Mobil1 synthetic was used since Day 1, including the factory fill. Since 2017, serviced exclusively at The Speed Syndicate (TSS) and DG Motorsport, where premium Liqui Moly synthetic is the default engine oil choice for the EJ255 engine. You'll find below the major maintenance & upgrades I've done during my ownership. I have all of the service records since Day 1. Oil change has been done within every 5-8k km.

Condition & Disclosures:
- ICBC History: 4 minor claims. Three were minor fender benders at $2,600, $700, and $2300 before my ownership. One was a keying/vandalism claim at $2,000 during my ownership. All repairs were on the right side of the car, professionally completed by Craftsman Collision. I have all receipts in hand.
- Practically brand new Nokian all-weather tires.
- Brakes at ~70%.
- Interior: The driver's seat lumbar support is not working. The original owner never dealt with it, and I’ve never needed it (a very common quirk on this generation of Legacy/Outback).
- Exterior: Normal minor door dings from daily use. The rear bumper has a small spiderweb paint crack prior to my ownership.
- Status: No upcoming repairs expected or preventative maintenance services required. Fresh Liqui Moly engine oil service and a perfect multi-point inspection were completed in early September.
