2008 Mini Cooper – Automatic – 184000 km – $2495
Selling my 2008 Mini Cooper automatic. I’ve put a fair amount of work into it and unfortunately it’s time to let it go.
Recent work includes:
* Timing chain replaced in 2023
* Aluminum thermostat housing replaced in 2026
* Oil filter housing replaced in 2026
* Valve cover and gasket/seals replaced recently* Automatic transmission
* Approximately 184000 km's
what it needs:
The Mini is currently running stuttering at red lights and stops. Will need some additional work before being used as a daily driver. Items that may need attention include the PCV valve cover, 4 new spark plugs and spark plug tube seals
It is ticking in the middle of the engine. I noticed it was very low and did an oil change! Slowed down the the ticking.
This would be a good project for someone familiar with Minis or someone looking for a small car to repair. Hella lights no included. Eager to sell as we need a 4x4 for work! Or willing to trade
